  • in between sets, perform 90 degree KB upside down carries 50m each arm.

Behind The Neck Jerk: 3,2,2,1,1,1

Clean Deadlift + Clean (1+1) x 5

Snatch Deadlift on 2” Riser: 3×3 @ heavy load.
