DB Single Arm Hang Power Snatch x 10 (50/35) 

DB Single Arm Incline Bench x 10 (5/5) HEAVY

KB Turkish Get Up x 5 each arm


Back Squat: 5,4,3,2,1 

Snatch Push Press + Snatch Balance: (1+1) x 5

Snatch: 3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1. Stay lighter and snappy.
