Front Squat: 3×3. Pick a weight around 80% and hit for all three sets. 

Clean Pull+ Clean + jerk: (2+1+2) x2, (1+1+1)x3

Front Squat: 3×3. Do 5 kg more than the first set of Front Squats.

Clean Pull: 4×5
