3. Heavy Front Squat: Build to a heavy single in no more than 5 sets.

30 sec air assault sprint

30 sec chin ups

30 sec weighted russian step ups right leg

30 sec weighted russian step ups left leg

30 sec heavy russian kb swings

60 sec rest
