    Hey Sage! Thank you so much for the great programming, I am grateful for the time you must put in to do all this everyday. I have a question. How do you you recommend working in cardio or a metcon if we follow CFW exclusively. Thank you again!!

      Hey Mike!!

      I would add in cardio 2-3 times a week depending on how your body is feeling. You could use Thursday as an active rest day and jump in a crossfit class at your local box! Or on your technique days, you could also add in a conditioning day. Hope the helps!
