WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: LAST WEEK OF THIS 12 WEEK CYCLE.

  1. snatch: work up to 80%x1x5 every 90 sec.
  2. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
  3. clean and jerk: work up to 80%x1x5 every 90 sec.
  4. front squat: 1, 1, 1, 1.
  5. light good mornings: 3 x 5
  6. sit ups with plate behind head: 50 total.
