Moving forward, the decision has been made to solely post a Weightlifting workout each day. I apologize for the inconvenience.

That’s too bad. Over the last year and a half I have been exclusively following your programming and not only has it been fun, but the progress I’ve made is undeniable. Thank you so much for the service you’ve provided.

That’s too bad… I really liked the programming, it was all I did for my training. I’ll miss this. Plus, the open is just 2 months away… thanks for everything
Travis, Nino, any thoughts? What will you guys do?

Alai, so I usually follow this program and competitors training open program. What I find with comp train is the volume is really high and I’m so exusted by the end of couple of days. I’ve been always wanting to try Invictus programing so i might give them ago. I’m pretty sure they are getting ready for the opens so it will good jump in now.
What were you guys thinking of doing?

Yeah, I was curious about invictus as well, I looked into misfit and comptrain but I think I’ll give invictus a go, at least until the open. I’ll miss this…

CompTrain Open right now. Wanted something free and reliable. Even at the Open level its still pretty difficult. Let me know what you go with!

Thanks for the comments Alai. It is been fun to track your progress the past couple years and want to give yourself and the other fellas a quick thank you for leading the comments section and bringing some consistency to the sporadic nature of this program.

I had reviewed many Crossfit sites and found this to be the one that had a great mix of work capacity and strength, something most programs lack. I have followed this for a year and a half with great gains on many fronts. It has been a privilege Beau so many thanks for the programming.I will be back if the programming were to recur. Best wishes!

I am interested as to what programming you guys will go to next. Any suggestions?

Thanks again, Coach B! It’s been a pleasure!

Man I live by that programming, it is the best way in my opinion to get better at crossfit while increasing strength. Its the perfect combo, I will take what I learned and keep using it in my personal programming

The programming will be missed! I’m going to follow your dads program for awhile and get strong. This has been really fun and an excellent mix of movements complexities and basics. Many thanks!

great WODs — really appreciate them. Fun and challenging. What are your thoughts of doing the Weightlifters WOD with a “work” WOD from somewhere like Invictus? or is that just crazy talk?

Well that came as a nuke on the pond. 🙁 I am really sad to know that the Crossfit programming will no longer be posted. I have tried to follow this programming for a few months now and I really feel a big difference especially in terms of technique (I try to focus a great deal on that part). I am very much thankful to Beau and all the staff for the excellent program.
If ever you come back with the programming, you’ll have at least 1 person in Portugal following 🙂
Best of wishes with your future endeavours!!! 🙂

This is a total crock of shit. But at least this time I can just walk away and get on a program that doesnt have a mood swing all the time. Its the kid that runs away to get attention. This is about 3rd time that the crossfit portion went away, people comment they love it, then they are like shucks ok we’ll keep it. Consistency is key, either do something and stick with it or doent, thanks for the jerking around (no pun intended).

So bummed about this, but thank you for all your effort! Your workouts have always been my go to for a challenge since I attended the weightlifting cert with Coach Mike B at Invictus in 2013. I learned a ton from the cert and from following this programming. I will cross my fingers that the wod comes back. In the meantime, time to start making up for the workouts I missed since my son was born 10 months ago! Thanks again!

Ok, for those that follow at all or even check this, I moved (military) and through/after the holidays needed to keep my level of fitness up. So after weeks of on/off workouts-maintaining I finally settled in and needed a good baseline again. So I looked through the past pages of Crossfit Weightlifting and started on one of the programs…then did the other, so thought this may help those that are still following or just want a good baseline fitness/strength program. Below are pages back to 21.

Page 15-9: 12 Week Strength Program (Back/Front Squat- this is killer)
Page 8-5: 4 Week Crossfit Lift Off (Oly Lifts prep for Crossfit HQ lift off event 2016)
Page 5-1: 5-3-1 Strength Template (variation)
