WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: 

  1. snatch waves: work up to 50%x3, 55%x2, 60%x1 do this for 3 waves.
  2. Clean and jerk: same as snatch.
  3. Back extensions: 3 x 10 use a 10 kg plate behind head.
  4. Toes to bar: 3 x 10
